Solar Energy and Our Goals 

• We are 100% powered  by solar power, generated through an off-grid system. 

To Support our fully solar-powered  operations, The Kind Resort is also equipped with a backup generator that assists in charging  our battery systems-especially on days when the sun is not at its peak. As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, we continue to expand our solar capacity to ensure cleaner,more reliable energy for the long term.Every step brings us closer to a truly self-sustaining resort.

We do not offer water heaters or other high-consumption heat appliances.

Water Source

We maintain both a main water connection and a deep well to ensure a steady supply. On occasion, water from the deep well may have a natural scent-this is completely safe, and allowing the wae towels and linens during your stay.

Internet Access

We do not provide Wi-Fi, as network stability in the area cannot be guaranteed. Guests are encourage to bring their own mobile data:

Marine Sanctuary

The Kind Resort is located along a declared marine sanctuary, home to rich biodiversity and protected ocean life. We ask our guests to walk gently and appreciate the natural world around them, showing kindness and respect to the animals that call this coastline home.

A Space for Conscious Travel

We are not a resort for thrill or noise-we do not offer karaoke,videoke, loud music, or water sports. The Kind Resort is a space for rest, mindfullness, and slow, intentional living.

Rescued & Home

Lucky, Whitey, and Mama Dog wandered into The Kind Resort during it's construction-weak, hungry, and searching for kindness. We took them in, gave them care, and made this place their forever home.Mari

For their well being, we do not allow pets at the resort. This is their safe space, the only home they've ever known. Rest assured, they are all spayed, vaccinated, and deeply loved.A e

Energy-Conserving Mini Refrigerators

Each room is equipped with a compact mini refrigerator, designed to conserve electricity while still providing convenience to our guests.

Located in the beautiful coastal town of Lobo, Batangas, The Kind Resort embraces sustainability while offering a serene beachfront escape.

In line with our commitment to eco-conscious living, The Kind Resort is equipped with backup solar panels with battery storage. During brownouts, our solar power keeps the resort running except for air conditioning. To ensure guest comfort, electric fans are provided in each villa.

Additionally, to conserve energy and support the local grid, we do not offer water heaters in the bathrooms. We kindly encourage guests to be mindful of electricity use during their stay.

Important Notice: The Kind Resort is not liable for any brownouts and, as part of our policy, we do not offer refunds or compensation for power interruptions caused by the local electric provider.
